Exchanges

Merchandise in the SCD One store goes through a production process and branding via a short list of vetted print production studios. As such is the case, we cannot accept returns on these products. In the event of damage or defect we are able to extend an exchange in the case of damage or defect. Your request for a damage or defective product should be made promptly but no later than 5 days after receipt of the merchandise. The reason for this is simple, damaged or defective products will show such damage or defect upon initial inspection by you the buyer.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at cust_serv2@scdone.xyz. Upon receipt of your request we will provide you the details on how to start the process including the address to return the damaged or defective product.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Other Non-Returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period

**Please note that SCD One does NOT ship custom designed and/or print studio products to the European Union consistent with exchange policy above **

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Our general policy it to make things right with your originally set out purchase which again entitles you to an exchange in the event of a product defect or product damage. The damage we specifically cover is damage to the product as per within the print studio process itself. Given the nature of how shipping couriers fulfill delivery of products we have zero control or influence over third party shipping couriers and any damage resulting from shipment. If your damage relates to a damaged shipment, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to try to resolve the issue. Please be mindful that, again, we have zero control over third party couriers, but we do expect couriers to live up to the quality of standards we provide. A Courier exhibiting repeat issues can and likely will result in SCD One blacklisting that courier. In any event, for these matters please contact us at cust_serv2@scdone.xyz.
